    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the Luxigen website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

    2. Services

    Luxigen provides AI consulting, implementation, and advisory services for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in separate Statements of Work (SOWs) agreed upon by both parties.

    3. Client Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
    • Grant timely access to relevant systems, data, and personnel
    • Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines
    • Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule

    4. Intellectual Property

    • Client data: All data provided by the client remains the client's property at all times.
    • Luxigen tools & methodologies: Proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Luxigen remain our intellectual property.
    • Deliverables: Custom deliverables created for the client transfer to the client upon full payment of all associated fees.

    5. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the engagement. This mutual obligation survives the termination of services.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Luxigen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

    7. Warranties

    Luxigen warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care by qualified professionals. However, given the inherently uncertain nature of AI systems, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance levels, or results.

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

    9. Website Use

    The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
